HATOD

A WHOLE BUILT ON SIX EQUAL PARTS

A project becomes truly complete when every part of the process works in harmony. We divide this whole into six equally important parts: the client’s role, the designer’s professional direction, the articulation of a shared vision, trust, clear communication, and the quality of delivery. Each is important in its own right, but only together can they create a lasting, harmonious, and functional space.

Client

1 | CLIENT

the starting point of the project, defining needs

Every architectural and interior design project we undertake begins with an idea that originates with the client. Their needs, desires, and expectations define the direction to which every subsequent step responds. We listen, ask questions, and seek to understand in order to create precisely the framework in which the client feels at home—whether it is a home, a community space, or a business environment.

Designer

2 | DESIGNER

professional expertise and creative solutions

The designer’s role is to turn the client’s ideas into reality through professional knowledge and experience. This element represents creativity, aesthetics, and engineering precision at the same time. It is important to us that every detail works in harmony, and that the final result is not only beautiful, but also functional and timeless.

Dream / Vision

3 | DREAM / VISION

the shared vision

A good project is more than a collection of functional solutions: it is a shared vision imagined together by the client and the designer. This element is about the image that inspires the process and takes shape by the end of the project. The vision ensures that every step points in the same direction and that the result becomes a strong, distinctive spatial experience.

Trust

4 | TRUST

the foundation of the relationship

A project cannot work without mutual trust. It is the connection that brings all participants together and enables everyone to communicate openly and honestly. Trust also means that the client can rely on the designer and the contractor to keep their interests in mind with every decision.

Communication

5 | COMMUNICATION

continuous dialogue

Clear, open, and consistent communication is essential to success. It ensures that everyone shares the same goal while remaining flexible enough to respond to new requirements and challenges. Communication needs to be two-way, with shared decisions developing transparently.

Implementation

6 | IMPLEMENTATION

the tangible result

The final element is where every idea takes shape. This is where the vision created at the design table becomes reality—in the form of walls, spaces, materials, light, and details. The quality of implementation depends on the strength of the preceding steps: trust, communication, and a shared vision.

LET OUR NEXT PROJECT BE A SHARED STORY—ONE WHOLE MADE OF SIX PARTS.
